9 Chemicals that are Killing Your Testosterone Levels and Stealing Your Manhood

Note:  These chemicals are harmful to women too, even though this article focuses on the harm being done to men's Testosterone

Recent studies indicate that the testosterone level of the average male today is 25% less than it was in 1992 (Comparing males of the same ages).  Meanwhile, the average male estrogen level has increased an alarming 40% during the same time period. The studies also show that male sperm counts are down 40% in that same time period.

What this means is that the average male in today's stressed-out chemical-lade world is significantly less of a man (and has "feminized" a bit more with higher estrogen levels) than their counterparts of the same age just a couple decades ago.

Why is This Shocking "Feminization" of Men Happening with Lower Testosterone and Higher Estrogen?

Well, xenoestrogens (meaning foreign estrogens) are man-made chemicals that mimic the effects of natural estrogens in the body.   If you wondered why average testosterone levels are down 25%, male estrogen levels are up 40%, and sperm are counts less than 40% of what they were 20 years ago, you need not look any farther than the xenoestrogens.  By the way, phytoestrogens in our diet contributes to this too, but not nearly as much as xenoestrogens.

These chemicals are found virtually everywhere in the modern world, lurking in personal care products, food containers, our drinking water, air pollution, medical tubing, children’s toys, pesticides, and much more.

Our environment and food supply are fraught with hidden chemicals.  Herbicides and pesticides are sprayed regularly on farms, orchards, lawns and gardens.  Industries are dumping their waste products into the water supply, which pollutes the water you drink.  Tons of pharmaceutical and synthetic estrogens secreted by menopausal women pollute our streams and rivers, getting into our drinking water supplies.

And it doesn’t stop there...

The air you breathe is carrying estrogen mimicking chemicals in the form of smoke, soot and exhaust vapors.  The commercial meat and poultry you eat every day is pumped full of hormones and additives that are high in estrogen.

The foreign estrogens found in plastics and pesticides disrupt the natural hormonal cycles of both human and animal life.  The widespread use of genetically-modified foods has exacerbated the xenoestrogen problem.  Glyphosate (the active ingredient in Roundup®, Monsanto’s™ widely-used pesticide) often leaves a residue on the genetically-modified crops it is used on.  And the artificial gene, which has been inserted into every genetically-modified seed, is absorbed and housed within your gastrointestinal tract if you eat GM foods.

During the course of your daily life, you are exposed to a variety of environmental chemicals. It is important to be aware of the most common and most toxic ones, which we'll describe below:

Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) 

GMOs are foods that, in most simple terms, have had an insecticide gene implanted into their DNA, which in many cases is intended to allow them to be resistant to dying from pesticides, thereby allowing the farmers to use MORE pesticides without killing the crop.

The list of genetically-modified foods is growing but primarily includes corn, soy, canola, cottonseed oil, and sugar beets as the main offenders to watch out for.

The most common problem associated with the consumption of GMO foods is an increased incidence of both gastrointestinal and immune disorders.  The regular consumption of GMO foods has also been shown toxic to testicular cells and disruptive to testosterone synthesis.  Recent laboratory studies have proven that male rats fed a genetically-modified diet lose their ability to reproduce within just three generations.

Phthalates 

Phthalates are a group of industrial chemicals used to make plastics, like polyvinyl chloride or PVC, more flexible and resilient. They are found in everything from vinyl flooring, detergents, automotive plastics, soap, shampoo, deodorants, fragrances, hair spray, nail polish, plastic bags, processed food packaging, garden hoses, inflatable toys, blood-storage bags, and intravenous medical tubing.

Phthalates are also one of the most pervasive of the endocrine disrupters.  Studies have shown that exposure to phthalates can lead to incomplete testicular descent, reduced sperm counts, testicular atrophy, and/or structural abnormality and inflammation in newborns.

Bisphenol-A (BPA) 

BPA is a common ingredient in many plastics including those in reusable water bottles and resins lining most food cans and dental sealants.  BPA is primarily used to prevent preserved or canned foods from developing a metallic or plastic taste.  In addition to being used as an inner lining in most canned foods, it can be found in many plastic baby bottles and food storage containers.  Almost all canned foods contain BPA.

This toxin is now so pervasive it can be detected in the umbilical cord blood of 90% of all newborn infants.  Once in the body, BPA mimics estrogen setting the stage for a wide variety of health-related problems that include—but are not limited to—early puberty, infertility, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

Parabens 

Parabens are a class of chemicals commonly used as preservatives by cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.  Like BPA, parabens have estrogen-like properties that lead to similar health and hormonal problems.

Metalloestrogens 

Metalloestrogens are a broad range of metals that also add to the estrogenic burden of the human body.  These metals are added to thousands of consumer products including vaccines.  Research indicates that they are capable of binding to cellular estrogen receptors, mimicking the effects of natural, physiological estrogens.

Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) 

PFOA is a chemical that is makes things resistant to grease and water.  It is used to keep grease from leaking through fast food wrappers and microwave popcorn bags, in non-stick coatings like Teflon, and in water-resistant fabrics like Gore-Tex®.  PFOA is a highly-estrogenic compound that can disrupt your hormones.  
It has also been linked to thyroid disease, cancer, immune system problems, and increased LDL cholesterol levels. To make matters worse, PFOAs remain present in the body for many years.

If you use non-stick pots and pans on a daily basis, you may unknowingly be exposing yourself and your family to PFOAs.  In less than five minutes at high temperatures, the coating of non-stick cookware will also break down into a chemical warfare agent known as PFIB, and a chemical analog of the WWII nerve gas phosgene.

Nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs) 

NPEs are known to be potent endocrine disrupters.  These chemicals affect gene expression by turning on or off certain genes.  They interfere with the way your glandular system works and mimic the actions of estrogen.  NPEs have been implicated as a key reason why some male marine species have become female.

Fluoride 

Flouride is an industrial waste product, yet it is routinely and purposely added to our water supply to supposedly make our teeth stronger and less prone to cavities.  While topical fluoride will protect teeth at risk, drinking fluoride is akin to swallowing sunscreen to protect our body from getting a burn.

Flouride exposure can lead to many health-related problems including bone and joint pain, immune disorders, lower fertility rates, hormonal imbalances, and low sperm counts.

With all of this said about flouride, it's important to make sure you’re using a water filter that removes fluoride if you have municipal water as opposed to your own well.

Bovine growth hormones (rBGH or rBST) 

Bovine growth hormones are genetically engineered and routinely given to industrially-raised cattle, pigs, poultry, and other livestock to increase their growth and fat content.  The concentration of bovine growth hormones is greatest in non-organic, pasteurized dairy products.  A causal link between their consumption and the onset of both premature adolescence and prostate cancer has been scientifically established.

MSG 

MSG is an excitoxin and food additive commonly used to enhance flavor.  MSG itself is not frequently found on food labels because it is often disguised as a “natural flavor”’ or a “spice;”’ as hydrolyzed yeast extract, or a number of other deceptive ingredient names.  The consumption of MSG has been linked to reduced fertility rates, brain disorders, and low testosterone levels.

The modern man ingests in his lifetime an incredible amount of chemicals, artificial flavors and additives. Although there is growing awareness regarding healthy eating, there is also a lot of misinformation and disinformation.
At the present time, a single company – Monsanto – produces roughly 95% of all soybeans and 80% of all corn in the US. Considering this, the corn flakes you had for breakfast, soda you drank at lunch and beefstew you ate for dinner likely were produced from crops grown with Monsanto’s patented genes. There are numerous documents and films exposing Monsanto’s strong-arming of the agricultural industry, so I won’t expand on that issue. It is however important to note that a virtual monopoly currently exists in the food industry and there’s a unhealthy link between Monsanto and the American government: Many people who have passed laws in the fields of food, drugs and agriculture were also, at some point on the payroll of Monsanto. In other words, the elite decides which foods are sold to you.

Public officials formerly employed by Monsanto:

• Justice Clarence Thomas worked as an attorney for Monsanto in the 1970s. Thomas wrote the majority opinion in the 2001 Supreme Court decision J. E. M. Ag Supply, Inc. v. Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc.|J. E. M. AG SUPPLY, INC. V. PIONEER HI-BREDINTERNATIONAL, INC. which found that “newly developed plant breeds are patentable under the general utility patent laws of the United States.” This case benefited all companies which profit from genetically modified crops, of which Monsanto is one of the largest.

• Michael R. Taylor was an assistant to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) commissioner before he left to work for a law firm on gaining FDA approval of Monsanto’s artificial growth hormone in the 1980s. Taylor then became deputy commissioner of the FDA from 1991 to 1994.Taylor was later re-appointed to the FDA in August 2009 by President Barack Obama.

• Dr. Michael A. Friedman was a deputy commissioner of the FDA before he was hired as a senior vice president of Monsanto.

• Linda J. Fisher was an assistant administrator at the United States Environmental Protection Agency‎ (EPA) before she was a vice president at Monsanto from 1995 – 2000. In 2001, Fisher became the deputy administrator of the EPA.
• Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld was chairman and chief executive officer of G. D. Searle & Co., which Monsanto purchased in 1985. Rumsfeld personally made at least $12 million USD from the transaction.

Many laws (approved by ex-Monsanto employees) have facilitated the introduction and the consumption of genetically engineered foods by the public.

“According to current statistics, 45% of corn and 85% of soybeans in the United States is genetically engineered (GE). Estimates of 70-75% of processed foods found at our local supermarkets are believed to contain GE ingredients.
Other GE foods are canola, papayas, radicchio, potatoes, rice, squash or zucchini, cantaloupe, sugar beets, flax, tomatoes, and oilseed rape. One non-food crop that is commonly GE is cotton. The GE hormone recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH or Prosilac) was one of the first GE products allowed to enter the nation’s food supply. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Monsanto’s rBGH in 1993.”

Although it is yet impossible to determine the long-term effects of genetically engineered foods on the human body, some facts have already been established. GE foods contain less nutrients and, most importantly, they are “chemical-friendly”.

“One of the features of GE foods is their ability to withstand unlimited application of chemicals, including pesticides. Bromoxynil and glyphosate have been associated with developmental disorders in fetuses, tumors, carcinomas, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Studies indicate that Monsanto’s recombinant Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH) causes treated cows to produce milk with an increased second hormone, IGF-1. This hormone is associated with human cancers. Recommendations by the Congressional watchdog agency, Government Accounting Office (GAO), recommended that rBGH not be approved. The European Union, Canada, and others have banned it. The UN has also refused to certify that using rBGH is safe.”

Genetic modifications engineered by Monsanto makes their products bigger and more aesthetically pleasing. Another, less discussed “improvement” is the plants’ ability to withstand nearly unlimited amounts of Roundup brand pesticides. This encourages farmers to use that brand of pesticides which is produced by … Monsanto.

Studies on Roundup link the powerful pesticide and herbicide to many health problems such as:

• Increased risks of the cancer non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
• Miscarriages
• Attention Deficit Disorder (the real one)

Uranium Contaminates Drinking Water – Sodium Bicarbonate Clears the Kidneys and Soil of Uranium

In the western United States notices are springing up, Uranium, the notices warn, tests at levels considered unsafe by federal and state standards. The notices say you can drink the water — but if you drink the water over a period of time, you can get cancer. USGS researchers recently sampled 170 domestic water wells in the San Joaquin Valley, and found 20 to 25 percent bore uranium at levels that broke federal and state limits.

Uranium, the stuff of nuclear fuel for power plants and atom bombs, increasingly is showing in drinking water systems in major farming regions of the U.S. West. Naturally, authorities are doing little to inform the public at large of the growing risk.

Government authorities say long-term exposure to uranium can damage kidneys and raise cancer risks as well as provoke other health problems. Once the uranium is solubilized in the blood, the kidney will excrete some of it in urine. Uranium not excreted distributes to bone and soft tissue, including the kidney, liver, lung, fat, muscle, and then, to some extent, to all other organs. Though the main reservoir is the skeleton, the target organ is the kidney, where functional changes are observed. Research teams at Tufts and the University of New Mexico also link long-term exposure to signs of reproductive and genetic damage.

In one swath of farmland in California, roughly 250 miles long and encompassing major cities, up to one in 10 public water systems have raw drinking water with uranium levels that exceed federal and state safety standards, the U.S. Geological Survey has found. It is interesting to note that at Livermore Labs they have license to explode a certain amount of depleted uranium above ground each year.

Nearly 2 million people in California’s Central Valley and in the U.S. Midwest live within a half-mile of groundwater containing uranium over the safety standards, University of Nebraska researchers said in a study published in September. Moreover, guess what? Livermore Nuclear Weapons Lab detonates about 200 radioactive “dirty bombs” a year, creating deadly and radioactive uranium gas in the heavily populated San Francisco Bay and Monterey Bay Areas of California. About 10 million people live and work within the large metropolitan areas.

The Los Angeles Times reported, “The Energy Department is spending $328 million to clean up two separate areas of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Livermore is one of two U.S. labs that designed nuclear weapons. It continues to conduct research into plutonium behavior, high-powered lasers, computer-simulated nuclear reactions and other areas. Under the cloak of secrecy, the lab conducted experiments with plutonium and uranium, and fabricated prototype weapons parts. At its large test range near Tracy, in Northern California, it blew up atomic triggers that used depleted uranium. In the process, Livermore released uranium, tritium, solvents and high explosive residues into the ground and groundwater, said Judy Steenhoven, deputy chief of environmental restoration at the lab.”

Though people think mainly about uranium’s radioactivity, the danger in water mainly comes from the toxic chemical effects of the metal. “Uranium is highly toxic to humans, both chemically as a heavy metal and radiological as an alpha particle emitter, is very dangerous when taken internally”,writes Dr. Rosalie Bertell, Canadian Epidemiologist. A study, conducted by biochemist Dr. Diane Stearns at Northern Arizona University confirms that, separate from any radiation risks, cells exposed to uranium will bond with the metal chemically.

Churchill had said to Mikolajczyk when the latter protested during the negotiations at Moscow against forcing Poland to incorporate eastern Germany: "Don't mind the five or more million Germans. Stalin will see to them.
You will have no trouble with them.., as they will cease to exist"..!!

Is this scheme to establish a New World Order in fact a reality?
Yes it is.

If you do not believe this I encourage you to study the United Nations documents and also the treaties which, once ratified by individual nations, become INTERNATIONAL LAW. The United Nations created the Commission for Global Governance, if you don't believe this, visit the United Nations website and look it up. The Commission for Global Governance released a report: Our Global Neighbourhood, that predicates a world court, a global tax, and global police force. And the U.S. State Department Publication 7277 outlines a one world police force under the United Nations. So many prominent world leaders are calling for a one world government the intention is obvious. Yet most people are so occupied by life's responsibilities, careers, sports and television, they have little time to study what's going on in the corridors of power. The coming one world government is being set up in the political arena under the flag of the United Nations, through organizations such as the Trilateral Commission, Council of Foreign Relations, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Bilderbergers, and the Club of Rome whose members include many world leaders, media personalities and other influential people. The published goal of the Council of Foreign Relations for example is a one world government. And although most have never heard of many of these groups, they do exist, and they are very influential. The core of these groups hold to "illuminist" philosophy.

A second focus is economics with free trade agreements, the International Monetary Fund, World Bank and the Bank of International Settlements. The coming global monetary crisis is intended to institute a universal debt-based currency controlled by the International Financiers and issued to individuals against biometric identification cards. This is all about control! The third area of focus is religion. Organizations like the World Council of Churches and the Parliament of World Religions were established to introduce a new world religion. It is based on a pantheistic/humanist philosophy. Pay careful attention when you study the documents and reports published by the United Nations and related organizations. This philosophy is now being taught in the education system and has been implemented under programs such as Goals 2000. The New World Order will be SOCIALISM. Read the United Nations declarations and treaties for proof of this fact.

The individual will be subservient to the state. Rights and power reside in and derive from the state, not the individual. United Nations documents all speak of collectivism. They claim that private ownership and management of property is not to the benefit of the human race. These things are cloaked in a pleasant language, and most people are taken in and deceived. Yet few bother to study these documents. In the New World Order you will be in serfdom to the controlling elite! You will have no liberty, and no rights. The State will look after you for your best interests. Do you see how the governments of the free world are slowly becoming more involved in everyday life? This is exactly what socialism is. The government becomes involved in every aspect of personal life. Today we require a license for so many things. In Australia, farmers now require permission to farm the land they own. This is not freedom. In the New World Order, private ownership of property will be abolished. You will only own what you need "after all this is best for the world." "We need to be looked after." Terms such as 'sustainable development' mean depopulation and serfdom. The masses continue to fall for lie after lie after lie. Study history and you will discover that there have been very few free societies. Those that were free were either overthrown or fell into the trap of socialism, totally unaware of the dangers until it was too late.

These elite, in a top-down order, consist of those in the realms of banking, followed by industry, then politics. I have personally encountered a great deal of opposition from those that I have sought to inform about their plans to usher in a global government, with the most common statement of disbelief being, "People have been talking about that for years now, and it hasn't happened yet." That is precisely the brilliance of their plan.

Social engineers are far more patient than most of us can even conceive of, as they know that for their plan to work, it has to be brought into place slowly and incrementally. I believe that they've learned the same lessons from history that I have, in that it is human nature to despise, and therefore resist, an observable and/or known state of tyranny. Were they to simply announce one morning that we all now simply lived under one world government, with an unelected body making laws for the world, the results would be nothing short of outright revolt and chaos, which would be harder for them to bring under control. They've painted themselves into a corner, as they used patriotism for ones' country to drive wars that they waged to justify a global government, and everyone has subscribed so readily to a nationalist sentiment, no one would want to lose their national sovereignty now. There is much conjecture about when the "modern day" plans were laid in place for a global government, yet the first reference that I could find in my research, particularly that specifically utilizes the term "New World Order", is from 1915.

Columbia University president Nicholas Butler delivered an address which he entitled, "A New World Order Is Being Born," at the Union League of Philadelphia, regarding what was shaping up to be the World War I, which was used as the justification for the first attempt at global governance, The League of Nations. I will not make assertions outside of what I can credibly prove here, though I feel that I must note that many, including myself, certainly feel that the true foundations of the framework were laid around a century and a half earlier than that, if not farther back in history. Many politicians and other world leaders from finance and industry have spoken either of a global government, global governance, a one world government, or a New World Order, for about a century now, including such notable figures as the Rockefellers, Senator Warburg, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, and the Rothschilds. I chose to limit this to presidents to demonstrate that the last 4 of them have all spoken publicly of the New World Order, which I feel signifies the imminent proximity of their plans for implementation.

The UN was established in 1945, funded and founded largely by The Rockefeller Foundation, in concert with other banking, industry, and political leaders from the United States, and around the globe. They sold it to the people of the world as a means for establishing and maintaining world peace, but being that it has failed so miserably at its stated goal, do YOU feel like their stated intention was sincere, or would you find it more credible to believe that it was the building of the walls around, and on top of, the foundations they had already laid? Many of the organizations that they say are a force for good are a false front for their disguised designs, such as the aforementioned UN, and NATO, which both truly serve as a world police force to dissuade any nations from a lack of cooperation with their agenda. These are generally only brought to bear on countries that they can't bring into line through debt enslavement via the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. These organizations make loans to countries that they know they will not be able to pay back, and then use the threat of calling the debt in to coerce countries to bend them to their will. If this doesn't work, the UN will enforce sanctions upon these countries, causing literal genocide through starvation and disease, for lack of food, clean water, and medicines.

In the US, a quick rundown of the executive orders put in place over just the last 2 presidencies alone, not to mention over the last few decades, show that the president now has the sole power of authorization for the use of military force against citizens of the United States, FEMA camps in place, and the ability to take over any natural resources, industry, or property. Simultaneously, we have seen increasingly oppressive legislation being passed through the Congress that allows for warrantless wiretapping, cell phone and Internet spying, unwarranted searches and seizures with no probable cause by the TSA, surveillance and facial recognition technologies on our city streets, RFID chips in our credit cards and drivers licenses, and even 30,000, that's right, 30,000 spy drones approved for surveillance and spying on American citizens. These totalitarian measures are being established in the US first, with the intention of the elite to eventually implement them all around the world. Now I ask you, does this not seem to you like these walls that I have spoken of are closing in on you faster than you may have previously surmised? 10 Conspiracy Theories That Turned Out To Be True

In recent years, the mere notion of the conspiracy theory has increasingly been stigmatized and ridiculed by mainstream news outlets, internet trolls, and “rational” thinkers. Yet, with powerful revelations by Edward Snowden, Chelsea Manning, WikiLeaks, and generations of intrepid journalists, we now know that many outlandish geopolitical and domestic “conspiracy theories” were and are cold-blooded truths of the modern world. Here are 10 that are well-documented and profoundly disturbing…

1) The Gulf of Tonkin Incident

 The Gulf of Tonkin incident, a major escalator of US involvement in the Vietnam War, never actually occurred.
It’s true. The original incident – also sometimes referred to as the USS Maddox Incident(s) –involved the destroyer USS Maddox supposedly engaging three North Vietnamese Navy torpedo boats as part of an intelligence patrol. The Maddox fired almost 300 shells.
President Lyndon B. Johnson promptly drafted the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which became his administration’s legal justification for military involvement in Vietnam. The problem is the event never happened.
In 2005, a declassified internal National Security Agency study revealed that there were NO North Vietnamese naval vessels present during the incident. So, what was the Maddox firing at? In 1965, President Johnson commented: “For all I know, our Navy was shooting at whales out there.”
Worth pointing out: The NSA’s own historian, Robert J. Hanyok, wrote a report stating that the agency had deliberately distorted intelligence reports in 1964. He concluded: “The parallels between the faulty intelligence on Tonkin Gulf and the manipulated intelligence used to justify the Iraq War make it all the more worthwhile to re-examine the events of August 1964.”

2) Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment

Between 1932 and 1972, the US Public Health Service conducted a clinical study on rural African American men who had contracted syphilis. The Public Health Service never informed these men they had a sexually transmitted disease, nor did they offer treatment, even after penicillin became available as a cure in the 1940s.
Tragically, it’s true. Rather than receiving treatment, the subjects of these studies were told they had “bad blood.”
When World War II began, 250 of the men registered for the draft and were only then, for the first time, informed they had syphilis. Even then, the PHS denied them treatment.
By the early 1970s, 128 of the original 399 men had died of syphilis and syphilis-related complications, 40 of their wives had the disease and 19 of their children were born with congenital syphilis.
Worth pointing out: A similar experiment conducted on prisoners, soldiers, and patients of a mental hospital in Guatemala actually involved the PHS deliberately infecting the patients and then treating them with antibiotics.

3) Project MKUltra

The CIA ran secret mind control experiments on US citizens from the 1950s until 1973.
It’s so true that in 1995 President Clinton actually issued a formal apology on behalf of the US government.
Essentially, the CIA used drugs, electronics, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, verbal and sexual abuse, and torture to conduct experimental behavioral engineering experiments on subjects. The program subcontracted hundreds of these projects to over 80 different institutions, including universities, hospitals, prisons, and pharmaceutical companies.
Most of this was uncovered in 1977 when a Freedom of Information Act exposed 20,000 previously classified documents and triggered a series of Senate hearings. Because CIA Director Richard Helms had most of the more damning MKULTRA files destroyed in 1973, much of what actually occurred during these experiments is still unknown and, of course, not a single person was brought to justice.
Worth pointing out: There is growing evidence that Theodore Kaczynski, otherwise known as the Unabomber, was a subject of the Project MKULTRA while he was at Harvard in the late 1950s.

4) Operation Northwoods

The Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US military drew up and approved plans to create acts of terrorism on US soil in order to sway the American public into supporting a war against Cuba.
It’s true and the documents are out there.
Fortunately, President Kennedy rejected the plan, which included: innocent Americans being shot dead on the streets; boats carrying refugees fleeing Cuba to be sunk on the high seas; a wave of violent terrorism to be launched in Washington, D.C., Miami, and elsewhere; people being framed for bombings they did not commit; and planes being hijacked.
Additionally, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, led by Chairman Lyman Lemnitzer, planned to fabricate evidence that would implicate Fidel Castro and Cuban refugees as the perpetrators of the attacks.
Perhaps most horrifyingly, Lemnitzer planned for an elaborately staged incident whereby a Cuban aircraft would attack and shoot down a plane full of college students.

5) CIA Drug Trafficking

During the 1980s, the CIA facilitated the sale of cocaine to the Crips and Bloods street gangs of Los Angeles and funneled millions in drug profits to a Latin American guerrilla army.
It’s convoluted and complex, but it’s true.
Gary Webb’s book Dark Alliance: The CIA, the Contras, and the Crack Cocaine Explosion outlines how CIA-backed Contras smuggled cocaine into the U.S. and then distributed crack to Los Angeles gangs, pocketing the profits. The CIA directly aided the drug dealers to raise money for the Contras.
“This drug network,” Webb wrote in a 1996 San Jose MercuryNews article, “opened the first pipeline between Colombia’s cocaine cartels and the black neighborhoods of Los Angeles, a city now known as the ‘crack’ capital of the world. The cocaine that flooded in helped spark a crack explosion in urban America . . . and provided the cash and connections needed for L.A.’s gangs to buy automatic weapons.”
Worth pointing out: On December 10, 2004, Webb committed suicide under suspicious circumstances, namely the fact that he used two bullets to shoot himself in the head.

6) Operation Mockingbird

In the late 1940s, as the Cold War was just getting underway, the CIA launched a top secret project called Operation Mockingbird. Their goal was to buy influence and control among the major media outlets. They also planned to put journalists and reporters directly on the CIA payroll, which some claim is ongoing to this day. The architects of this plan were Frank Wisner, Allen Dulles, Richard Helms, and Philip Graham (publisher of The Washington Post), who planned to enlist American news organizations and journalists to basically become spies and propagandists.
Their list of entrenched agents eventually included journalists from ABC, NBC, CBS, Time, Newsweek, Associated Press, United Press International (UPI), Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps-Howard, and Copley News Service. By the 1950s, the CIA had infiltrated the nation’s businesses, media, and universities with tens of thousands of on-call operatives.
Fortunately, our media is no longer lured in by corporations and governments to disseminate propaganda and disinformation….hmmm, never mind–strike that last statement.

7) COINTELPRO

COINTELPRO was a series of clandestine, illegal FBI projects that infiltrated domestic political organizations to discredit and smear them. This included critics of the Vietnam War, civil rights leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King and a wide variety of activists and journalists.
The acts committed against them included psychological warfare, slander using forged documents and false reports in the media, harassment, wrongful imprisonment and, according to some, intimidation and possibly violence and assassination.
Similar and possibly more sophisticated tactics are still used today, including NSA monitoring (see #10).

8) Operation Snow White

Operation Snow White is the name given to an unprecedented infiltration of the US government by the Church of Scientology during the 1970s. They stole classified government files regarding Scientology from dozens of government agencies.
In 1977, the FBI finally cracked Snow White open which led to the arrest and imprisonment of a senior Church official.
The core mission of the program was to expose and legally expunge “all false and secret files of the nations of operating areas” and to enable Church seniors and L. Ron Hubbard himself to “frequent all Western nations without threat.” By the end, of course, there was nothing legal about their endeavors.

9) Secret Global Economic Policies

For years, activists who feared a sinister globalist corporatocracy were told they were being paranoid. Whether you want to call it the New World Order or not: they were right.
In 2013, WikiLeaks released the secretly negotiated draft text for the entire TPP (Trans-Pacific Partnership) Intellectual Property Rights Chapter. It revealed a closed-door regional free trade agreement being negotiated by countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States, and Vietnam.
The Electronic Frontier Foundation says TPP has “extensive negative ramifications for users’ freedom of speech, right to privacy and due process, and [will] hinder peoples’ abilities to innovate.”
Worth pointing out: In June 2014, WikiLeaks revealed the even more far-reaching Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA), a 50-country agreement that will promote unprecedented levels of privatization across the world. The agreement will essentially prevent governments from returning public services into public hands. This could dramatically affect our ability to enact environmental regulations and keep workers safe.

10) The US Government Illegally Spies On Its Own Citizens

This used to be laughed at as a dystopian fantasy derived from an overactive imagination, Orwell’s 1984, and a juvenile distrust of the government. When you claimed “they” were spying on you, people labeled you a paranoid conspiracy theorist, a tinfoil hat-wearing loon.
Even after it was revealed that the NSA has been illegally eavesdropping on us and collecting our cell phone metadata for over a decade, people still hedged on the meaning of it. Yes, they are analyzing our transmissions, but it’s under the auspices of national security. “In a post 9/11 world” certain liberties must be sacrificed for the sake of security, right?
It turns out that is patently untrue. Not only is there no evidence that the NSA has protected us from terrorism, there is growing evidence that it makes us more vulnerable. Thanks to revelations about the NSA and their Prism project, we know that the scope of the NSA’s eavesdropping is even beyond what we originally believed.
In early June of 2014, the Washington Post reported that almost 90% of the data being collected by NSA surveillance programs is from Internet users with no connection to terrorist activities. According to the American Civil Liberties Union, this is in clear violation of the constitution.
The ACLU is pursuing a lawsuit against the NSA, claiming that the dragnet-style mass collection of data violates the Fourth Amendment right of privacy as well as the First Amendment rights of free speech and association.

Astronomers may have inadvertently revived the Planet X/Nibiru cataclysm conspiracy theory that dominated the internet a few years ago. Following the latest announcement by scientists of evidence that there are at least two planets larger than Earth lurking in our solar system beyond Pluto, Planet X/Nibiru

Scientists announced in a new study published in the journal Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society Letters that at least two planets, likely bigger than Earth, are lurking undetected in the outer fringes of the solar system.

According to Professor Carlos de la Fuente Marcos, from the Complutense University of Madrid, who led the study, the evidence supporting the conclusion comes from observations of a belt of space rocks known as the “extreme trans-Neptunian objects,” or ETNOs, orbiting the Sun beyond Neptune. The space rocks were found to show unexpected orbital characteristics that can be explained only by assuming that their expected paths are being distorted by some massive but unseen astronomical body nearby.

The term Planet X has its origin among astronomers in the period after the discovery of planet Neptune in 1846.

After Neptune was discovered, several astronomers speculated that there might still be another planet beyond Neptune. Percival Lowell proposed the Planet X hypothesis to explain observed irregularities in the orbits of Uranus and Neptune.

At first, astronomers thought they had found Planet X when Pluto was discovered in 1930 by Clyde Tombaugh. But they soon realized that Pluto was too small to explain the observed effects on Uranus and Neptune.

The realization sparked a renewed search for Planet X.
